This week I talked with historian and author Mark Jodoin about the first settler in Ottawa who is one of Mark's "Rideau Warriors". Field reporter David Rutherford talked with some people skating on the canal. He also sat down once again with Ian McKercher to talk about some of the history you can see skating on the Canal.

Last week's trivia question was: how long does it take to paddle the full length of the canal, 3 to 5 days, 6 to 10 days, or 12 to 15 days? The answer is 6 to 10 days. This week's question is: name one of the two most utilized locks used by boats on the canal.
